This class will introduce participants to a variety of online tools and applications designed to make creating, customizing, and preparing 3D-printable projects easier. We will explore tools such as PrintU, Christmas Ornament Maker, Image to Keychain, and Flexi Toy Maker, along with other useful MakerLab applications.
We will explore practical MakerLab applications that can transform ideas, images, and existing models into unique 3D-printable creations. Participants will learn how these tools can be used to personalize projects, create useful objects, and experiment with new approaches to 3D design—often without requiring traditional CAD experience.
Need help with something specific? If you have a particular project, tool, or 3D-printing challenge that you are working on, time will be available after the presentation to help troubleshoot and work through questions as time allows. Participants are encouraged to bring their questions and projects so we can explore solutions together.
