Are you a "GigaFan" who loves 3D printing, photography, PC gaming, astronomy, or amateur radio? We are looking for passionate Product Experts to be the ultimate knowledge resources for our customers, helping tech-based beginners and specialists alike find the perfect gear.
- Key Responsibilities: Answer product-specific questions, assist with purchasing decisions, engage in online chats, handle inbound phone calls and emails, and stay up-to-date on the latest tech hobbyist gear.
Retail Store Associate
We are looking for friendly, proactive team members to maintain an attractive, organized sales floor and deliver great customer service. This dynamic role supports multiple areas of the store to ensure a top-tier experience for our shoppers.
- Key Responsibilities: Stock, front, and organize products on shelves; perform routine cleaning to keep displays and facilities pristine; address supervisor walkthrough notes promptly; and step in as a backup cashier or service advisor during peak times.
Warehouse & Logistics Associate
We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to keep our behind-the-scenes operations moving efficiently. You will work independently to hit daily productivity targets while keeping the warehouse safe, clean, and organized.
- Key Responsibilities: Pick, pack, and process outgoing customer orders quickly and securely; unpack and verify incoming inventory against packing lists; document any discrepancies; and apply SKU labels with high accuracy.
Marketing Graphic Designer
GigaParts is looking for a creative, dependable designer to produce high-quality visual content for our retail store, website, social media, and events. In this hands-on role, you will create digital graphics and print materials using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to support real business goals.
- Key Responsibilities: Design promotional graphics, create in-store signage, prepare digital ads, and occasionally assist at local vendor events and hamfests.
- Helpful Skills: Experience with product/event photography, video editing (Lightroom, Premiere Pro), or social media content creation is a major plus!
IT Specialist
We are seeking an IT Specialist to provide technical support, training, and asset maintenance for our clients. In this role, you will help plan, design, deploy, and protect technology systems while ensuring excellent communication and fast issue resolution.
- Key Responsibilities: Assist clients in person, via phone, or remotely; perform routine maintenance and monitor disaster recovery systems; secure assets from unauthorized access; maintain thorough documentation; and collaborate with leadership, vendors, and sales teams.
Events & Ambassador Manager
We are looking for an outgoing, highly organized leader to champion our community engagement, in-store experiences, and brand representation. In this dynamic role, you will bridge the gap between our retail space and our passionate community of tech hobbyists and creators.
- Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage our dedicated classroom space, create and execute engaging in-store events, manage and grow our brand ambassador program, and develop creative community outreach initiatives to drive store engagement.
